Lydia Dupuy is an executive coach, speaker, diversity trainer, board advisor, and founder of Enter Wellness and Forum Mindset. She has spent her career helping leaders do what's hardest — look honestly at themselves, and change.
Deye mon gen mon.
Behind one mountain, there are mountains. — Haitian proverb
Lydia left Haiti and built a life and career in the United States — not as a straight line, but as a series of mountains climbed. She became an executive, an investor, a board advisor, a nonprofit founder, and the creator of Enter Wellness. At every stage, she brought a singular quality: she was honest when others weren't, and direct when others hedged.
Her coaching philosophy is grounded in one belief — people are more than 50% malleable. The patterns, the stories, the defaults that hold leaders back are not fixed. They can be questioned, revised, and reset. That's the work. Not comfortable, not generic. Honest conversation aimed at real outcomes.
“Only one thing happens in a comfortable state — death.”
Today Lydia works with a small, select group of executives, founders, and organizations. She also speaks on stages and in boardrooms, and through Forum Mindset she's working to make mental health support accessible to people who can't afford to wait for change.
Beliefs and patterns can be revised. That's not wishful thinking — it's the foundation of every client engagement.
You cannot fake commitment. Lydia brings full intensity to every conversation, every room, every client — and she expects the same from the people she works with.
She will tell you what you need to hear. Not what feels safe. That directness is the service — not a side effect of it.
Good enough is not a standard. For Lydia or for her clients. Every engagement is designed to move the needle on something that actually matters.
The first conversation is always worth having. Tell Lydia a bit about where you are, and she’ll respond personally.
